Very good replacement for the overpriced O2 TV BOX from O2, also supports T-Mobile TV and Vodafone TV and all those Netfliks, Disney+ etc.

It also supports O2 TV 2.0 (but you need to manually upload it from USB, Googe Play offered only the previous version for download. 2.0 will no longer offer itself for installation.

I've tried different settings, I have Android 12 updated, but I just can't get the Doby Digital reception. On the same amp after connecting Blueray via RCA digital is not a problem, Dolby Digital I have. But it won't read newer codecs. If anyone knows where the problem is, I'd be glad for advice.

Option to install android apps, I use VLC and Kodi
I guess the 5.1 sound transmission via SPDIF is not working, the amplifier shows me only PCM reception i.e. Stereo. I've searched the internet and I'm not alone.

In my opinion probably the best TV android box on our market. The update to Android TV 12 came some time ago, which other more expensive brands still don't have. The performance of the processor is sufficient, I had the opportunity to try the most powerful model from Homatics with a much more powerful processor and you can notice the difference minimally. Practically only in faster launching and installation of applications. There's hardly any games on there anyway and I wouldn't play them on this anyway, I'd rather have a PC or a game console. I have it for multimedia Netflix, Disney, Poda TV, Voyo, movies from disc or flash drive via VLC player and everything works great. Unlike other models, in addition to putting it to sleep (short press of the power button on the remote), it can also be turned off (long press of the button) and even has a manual button on the back to turn it off. For some it may be useless, but the system boots up in about 30 seconds and if I really want to turn off the device I see no reason to prevent the user. For example, with the Homatics brand, you can only restart the device and if you want to turn the device off you just have to physically unplug it, there is simply no other option. It's as if you have to pull the battery out when you want to turn off the phone, which you can't even do with most phones anymore. I understand that many people don't even turn off the TV, but if I want to turn off the device like I can my phone, why stop me. With Thomson it is possible to use the device in exactly the same way as with Homatics and they also have an update to version 12, which Homatics still does not have.

Too bad they don't have a more powerful model with power reserve for the future, I'm so happy with the brand that I would get a higher model at a higher price (current performance is sufficient even for Android TV version 12)

Thanks to me, there are already 3 of these white TV boxes in the family and everyone is very satisfied so far. Somewhere they made dumb TV smart, somewhere they made smart TV even smarter when they stopped updating the VOD app like HBO. In short, I gave good advice on social media, don't keep buying a new TV if it works for you, but rather just buy a new Android TV box to go with it and I'm really happy.
it does what it's supposed to do, plus it's been updated since you bought the OS, let's see what version of Android the box will be updated to
a game controller can be connected
I don't need to buy a new TV, if the picture is fine, just this box is enough to keep all the smart elements updated as well.
Unrelated, but there's a small selection of free games on Android for TV: -)
