pay attention to the configuration in the FS2020 game when used with TCA Airbus. The throttle lever on the Joystick needs to be deactivated
slides on the table when operating, would like some rubber grips, the solution is to set a finer clearance for the throttle levers. Alternatively, try some kind of pad.

The sensitivity cannot be changed, because then the CL, FLEX, TOGA locking points would not come out
When tightening the motor thrust lever resistance screw, you will not feel the CL, FLEX, TOGA locking positions and the base will lift
The CRANK/NORM/IGN switch has only two positions in the settings, so the middle NORM position must be defined on another button
