Good build quality, easy to assemble. Includes anti-theft security for both the rack and the bike.

The rack is brilliant, holds the bike perfectly. Unfortunately – as easy as it is to install on the roof, it's just as easy to steal (a few seconds; personal experience from last week). When I think back to the old Czech racks that had to be secured with eight bolts (which made them impossible to steal), this seems like very little security for a lot of money.
Easy installation
The bike holds perfectly.
A great combination with the roof bars, also from Thule (well, apart from how easily it can be stolen).
Just as easy as it is to install, it's just as easy for a thief to uninstall (a few seconds).
weight (for daily handling)
The key is terribly fiddly, and of course you always put it in the wrong way round.

The bike is held in the holder spontaneously during assembly and is thus well fixed
Lightweight carrier
The straps for attaching the rims cannot be rotated, so they get in the way when putting the wheel on the carrier
