Alza is not ashamed to deliver torn bags with missing contents. The bag was wrapped with foil, which was also full of other spilled contents. Since the total weight of the entire package is far from the weight of the product being sold, the contents must have been sprinkled somewhere in the logistics before packing. Selling such a product is thievery on the part of Alza. Of course, for the missing half a kilo I will not spend 2 hours packing, transporting bulk material in a torn package and then writing a claim to get a new torn bag at the end.
