So I baked bread heated to 250 degrees and put bread on it. Oh, great.
It is clear that you have to heat the stone, crucible, pot or whatever you are baking in at the same time as the oven is heating up. Then the stone is hot and bakes nicely.
And the shovel is great. To make it easier to take on and off and not dirty the stone I use baking paper. And it's coming off the shovel all by itself! i Putting it on the shovel is no problem.
I'm going to order another one because I'm going to bake on hot air and I can do that in two tiers so I save time and money.
Yeah, and I was steaming. it means that I heated an old baking pan on the bottom and threw about a dime of boiling water into it and the stone was fine.
The only thing I would point out is the price, but considering that it is with the shovel which alone costs 300 and more, so good.
And the shovel is a great thing, because you don't have to take out the baking dish or what you are baking in and thus you don't lower the temperature of both the oven and what you are baking in. I'll prepare it on baking paper and then shovel it into the oven. I'm gonna open it up, pop it in the oven, steam it and close it.
Ever since I've been using this stone the bottom of my bread doesn't crack anymore because I have a cold base.

A bit tricky to achieve getting the pizza from the shovel to the stone while not having a oven full of sugo and mozzarella, but that's not a fault of the product, more a lack of skill, ahem. anyway, the price-performance ratio here is really great.

Jakožto začátečníkovi v domácích podmínkách (elektrická trouba) se mi pizzy povedly výborně, lopatka se zkoseným okrajem je praktická. Po pár použitích kámen změnil barvu a objevily se skvrny, ale to je patrně vlastnost a na funkci to nemělo vliv.
