Great graphics.
Big map.
Option to create your own character.
Decent arsenal of weapons.
No multiplayer PvP, only 1-4 PvC
For a fairly sophisticated graphic a lot of errors and shortcomings.
Lacks the ability to quickly move to a selected bowl or location. Only to get everywhere either on foot or by some local means of transport which are quite a lot but mostly the same only they differ in color or at least some small change.
Unlicensed real names of weapons, vehicles, etc.
Boring story after a while, almost all missions similar with little changes.

Despite the negative reactions and the 7/10 rating, I was a little worried. However, I'm satisfied, despite the repetitive content in completing each mission - find, kill, interrogate, destroy, detain, etc.
very nice game
beautiful breathtaking scenery (graphics) - each province has a different landscape treatment
change of time of day
amazing environment in times of storm and rain (and after rain)
search for bonuses
If you can forgive me for the minuses I mentioned, I would personally give it 8/10
However, I haven't tried multiplayer yet - because I don't have anyone to play with.
occasional bugs - you can't drive the ship - you still board as a passenger, the partner in the single mission is loudal and jumps up in the air, in the middle of the lake (and he's good at it)., but all this can be forgiven if you take into account the pluses I mentioned above
Artificial AI enemies /they know where you are immediately and also have absolutely accurate aim/
Thus, the shortcomings, however, can be very easily overcome
