I think the workmanship is good.
The bowls could fit into the machine better, maybe it's because of the steam leakage but I still find it too easy to e.g. when sterilising a baby bottle, drop the bowl covering the device.

easy operation, relatively fast heating
The thermostat is not entirely accurate - e.g. when set to 40 degrees, the light goes out when the temperature reaches a lower temperature (approx. 35 degrees). But maybe that's a (minor) malady of larger heaters?
