Clear menu, decent features
Decent price for a full gigabit solution
USB 2.0 for a simple home storage solution (and especially cheap - you take a frame for 200, put in a 1TB HDD from a laptop left over from an upgrade, and you have a NAS for free)
There are routers that cover even better, it's not bad, but a condo/apartment building will cover it just fine
C5 V4 is a bit better (cheaper, similar performance, also has USB 2.0 and has more antennas)

It can be connected to the network via LAN as a network element other than the main router and provide clients with the Internet. Suitable as a standalone DHCP server and so on.
When connected via LAN it has internet, but it can't use it for itself to update firmware or time - not a serious problem.
