I bought it as an extension of my wifi network. Deco does not work without a cable connected directly from the modem! The app won't let me set it up normally. It doesn't work without the app.

can't set the frequency, it's automatically on the busiest one, so it's quite annoying in the apartment building
even though it allows both 2.4 Hz and 5 Hz, it switches automatically, whichever is convenient for it (if I understood it correctly, when 2.4 is busy, it switches to 5), which might work for some router with super tuned firmware, but this one doesn't, when it switches, it drops out, gets angry, slows down
seems pretty slow to me, even though on paper it shouldn't
