Small, compact metal design.
It works perfectly so far.
Powers 2x IP IR 4Mpix camera.
I would probably orient the RJ45 connector with the fuse up, it makes it a bit more difficult to disconnect the cable and a bit of twisting when you use the shorter CAT 6a and you have other RJ 45 on another device oriented the other way around.

The current limitation shuts down the port already around 200mA, even though the IEEE 802.3af standard says 400mA, so only devices with power supply class 1 and 2 work correctly. You can forget about powering something that has class 3 (the port is alternately switched off and on).
