Very disappointing, I' m not surprised at so many returns. I have 2 dogs, one is constantly disconnected from the wifi and does not even have a GPS signal. Only a reset will help, but after the reset the second one usually disconnects and that one has to be reset as well. I can' t imagine having just one piece, you wouldn' t be able to rely on the device at all (the dogs run together).
I read that the WiFi only supports 802.11b - I don' t know, it also connected to higher standards. But after disconnecting from WiFi, I enabled 802.11b on it, then I even broadcast only for collar purposes only in 802.11b, I also tried different devices (Unifi, Mikrotik), but the result is always the same - loss of WiFi even in full signal, only a manual reset of the device will help. In addition, always after losing WiFi, the collar has no GPS signal, so you have no idea whether the dog is in the kennel, in the garden, or a kilometer away from you.
The application is also not exactly great, instead of nonsense (dog activity - meaningless anyway due to inaccuracy) it should focus on straightforward settings and especially the EASY option to change settings (WiFi, etc. ). Regarding the inaccuracy - on the manufacturer' s website, it says that you should set a virtual fence 5m from the plot on the map - well, but the inaccuracy (if the collar works by chance) is easily 20-30m, the position of the dog suddenly jumps to your neighbor' s living room, etc.
The amount of the subscription (around 100 CZK/month depending on the variant) would be ok if it worked.

The tracker has something in it, but it would like to catch up technologically as well as in terms of applications. Creates points on the map that just connect. In the middle it shows a huge avatar, through which it is practically invisible - you need to turn it off live and on again. It almost always showed me that the dog was further down the street. Not really for that price. Alza will still take the money back, so she won' t be happy either.
