Fastest flash drive I've ever had! It's an SSD of course, but it looks like a flash drive and is no bigger. A truly amazing product. I use it to drag and drop video footage and 40 GB in a while. Really excellent! I highly recommend it.

I tested the transfer of a total of 40 GB of movies. When connected via USB 3.2 Gen 2 (USB 3.1), the write speed was kept up to about 670 MB/s at active time around 73%, read speed at 850 MB/s (with occasional drops probably caused by the drive not running in the computer) at active time around 87%. Maybe it could be pulled higher with a faster CPU. Anyway, when I plugged it into USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.0), I had a write speed of 350 MB/s and a read speed of 420 MB/s. When plugged into the same type of port on a laptop, it's more like 330 MB/s and 370 MB/s. Caution (for discs in general): if you copy a lot (units to tens of thousands) of small files, the transfer speed will be an order of magnitude slower - single-threaded CPU performance will be the bottleneck.
