Satisfaction with the price
When knocked over, the calorific value of the cast iron is reduced and the meat is rather stewed. I recommend open grilling
When you knock it, steam forms and it runs down the edges, which unfortunately does not flow into the drip tray but outside the grill.
There is no flap which would be good to manipulate to allow steam to escape when the hatch is closed.
