I have been using it for a long time and it works well, I was looking for a cooling pad that can withstand a bit rough handling and can carry a gaming laptop with a 17 “screen and a weight of around 4KG. It' s a pity that it doesn' t have more USB plugs so that it can be used as a docking station, but otherwise I' m extremely satisfied .: )

Probably the best cooling pad I've had and replaced in years. It cools great and is well constructed, no cheap plastic. It is indeed capable of reducing the temperature of laptop components under full load by several degrees (5-15°C).
I have an Acer Predator Helios 300 (17,3", i7-7700HQ, GTX1060), so at maximum load when I turn on the fans on the laptop at full speed, I get around 85°C without the pad and with the pad I don't go above 80°C. It usually stays at 77°C. My laptop is known to heat up, but with this pad I don't have to worry about thermal throttling (freezing in a demanding application or game due to forced underclocking of the CPU or graphics card due to exceeding the safe temperature limit on the chip temperature sensor).
I've had it for a year now and it still works great; )
Really cool. This is noticeable both by touch and in the program showing the temperature of the device chips.
The design is really decent for its price. It can be counted on not to fall apart and can handle travel.
Surprisingly well composed. That is, if you have a 17.3" laptop and a properly sized backpack.
The noise level of the pad is very low. You can even fall asleep with it without any problem when it is on; )
The phone holder can be placed on the pad on both the right and left side.
Rubberized pins hold the laptop perfectly and firmly without any looseness or damage even after more than a year of use: )
I guess the only thing that might bother some people is that they can't change the color of the backlight on the cooling pad. But I personally don't care, even though my laptop is basically all in red backlights (Because I can't change the color either: D) so the main thing for me is that it cools great.
You can't change the speed of the fans, but since they're basically not audible at all and cool great, that's just a small detail: )
Powered by USB port with no spare additional USB port or HUB. But honestly, I'd rather get a real and tested USB HUB for one of my other USBs in my laptop than use one from a pad: That's not what the pad is for; )
