So I was still figuring out how to connect two phones that have different versions of BT, old phone about version 4.x, new phone 5.3. That's great. Satisfaction. If it runs on battery, it needs to be switched on with a single button on the device (holding for about 3s. ) If you go out of range after a few minutes it turns off and you have to turn it back on. When connected to power, it does not turn off.

I needed to add a BT handsfree to an older car, the AUX port works properly although the volume needs to be turned up (compared to the radio level) but I don't mind pairing and reconnection works mostly fine (if it doesn't catch BT after start up just press the button and it will connect)

I haven' t tried the handsfree, I don' t think you can expect any miracles when the microphone is far from the source, but the main purpose, ie playing music in front of the aux, is perfect!
