I was a bit worried when I bought the surprisingly well-made UNIQ Strova Flex strap for my Apple Watch Ultra, mainly because of the magnetic clasp. Before buying, I was afraid it wouldn't hold up during everyday use. After wearing it for a few days, I have to say I've been pleasantly surprised so far. The magnetic clasp holds really well – I've tried waving my hand around in different directions, bending my wrist, and then I even wore it to work. The strap didn't come undone even once while I was working. A big plus is the combination of metal links with a silicone insert. Compared to a standard metal bracelet, this strap is more comfortable on the wrist, has a bit of flex, and at the same time, it doesn't look like an ordinary silicone strap. What's more, it's held up well against sweat and contact with water so far. In my opinion, the black design with orange details is a great match for the natural titanium of the Apple Watch Ultra. The strap is a bit narrower than I'd expect for a 49mm watch, but it doesn't look bad on the wrist at all. The surface finish is also holding up without any problems. The manufacturer states it has a DLC coating and a hardness of around 800 HV, so I'm curious to see what it will look like after longer use. For me, it's been a very pleasant surprise so far. The biggest question mark for me was the magnetic clasp, but after the initial tests, I'm starting to trust it. If it continues to perform this well long-term, it'll become one of my most-used straps.
