The boiler fits into a very narrow space. No one else can.
I am buying this boiler for the second time. The first one "left" after 2,5 years, shortly after the warranty. Probably a burst vessel. I've read that this has happened to others. Due to lack of space, I bought it again, but this time I bought three extra years of warranty on Alza. With a total of five years warranty, it still came out better priced than other boilers.
