I have to confirm the experience of another user that the usb-c cable in the package works only in 5gbit usb mode, in 10gbit mode there are errors and the nvme disk disconnects.
The fact that the included cable does not work according to the specification is a complaint.

works with the cable "Delock Cable SuperSpeed USB 10 Gbps (USB 3.1, Gen 2) Type-A male > USB Type-C™ male 0.5 m black" in 10gbit usb-a connector mode
usb-c cable included in the package does not work in 10gbit usb mode, I had to replace it with another one that works
disk is not visible in linux after boot, it is necessary to disconnect from usb and reconnect, so it is not suitable for non-stop connection of nvme disk
the manufacturer does not offer firmware updates on the website
