So I'm going to modify the cable and the dealer could somehow resolve this with the manufacturer (distributor) to reduce the number of unnecessary complaints.
230V/USB power supply included
The USB/DC power cable cannot be connected to the device because the DC connector on the cable is of a different diameter than the device. The device lists 5.5mm.
