USB 3.0 works fine for transferring files from a flash drive, for example. I haven't tried plugging devices into USB (except for the wireless device, which didn't work properly or at all)
Price (on sale for 500/600)
USB 3.0 ports do not work for wireless (WiFi 2.4 Ghz) accessories like mouse, keyboard, etc.
RJ-45 cable doesn't stick well in the port (it doesn't snap into the port, so it can come loose and fall out when handling a laptop or Vention dock)
