The cable works. The advantage may be that the connector holds as nailed, if you do not plan to handle it. But if you need to disconnect it occasionally, the advantage becomes more of a disadvantage. At times, the cable seemed to have interference problems.

Although my laptop has a usb c port, the usb c part of this hdmi cable does not go into the port. My phone also has a USB c port. But it doesn't work on my phone. As you can see, there is a fault in the usb c part of the cable. Please pay attention to this before purchasing the product.
