HDMI monitor through the dock flickers (after connecting directly is not a problem)
The charger supplied with the laptop is not enough to charge it when connected via the dock
The dock gets hot, disconnects, and crashes when the charger and HDMI cable are connected. God forbid you connect more peripherals.

It heats quite well, when you put the laptop on it, all the heat goes directly into the laptop
Relatively short USB-C cable - ideally it would be replaceable
