Mechanics with cute little dimensions in black with a nice design.
I purchased the drive to play 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray movies - but unfortunately the drive will read the discs, but there is no software included to play it. Freely available software e.g. AVAide Blu-ray Player will only play BD movies, but not in 4K resolution.
The same is true of the Power DVD ULTRA 22 and 23, even though the manufacturer says it will play them all. Does anyone have personal experience what other software will play 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray movies?

Replacement for Asus's palda. BD-R + burning software included. The only thing I have a problem with is not running a 4K movie. I use a purchased PowerDVD 22 Ultra. So I don't know what the problem is. Classic BD without problems. The drive is quite quiet.

I've noticed criticism of the noise level on previous reviews - I don't find it - it's average, and the noise level is usually due to the poor quality of the media and not the burner. For me, the installation CD was an example of this - it is of such quality that I was worried it would fly out of the drive. So far, I am satisfied.
It burns all optical discs, you just have to choose.
Thin, light, it's just physically impossible to shrink it any more. Which leads me to think it won't be very mechanically durable, so treat it gently and with sensitivity.
The 15 cm purse, that's a joke.
