I ordered the board on 26.10,2023 because of the large dimensions of the ironing surface 169x44cm given in the description (in fact these are the dimensions of the folded board). After unpacking, I found that the actual dimensions of the ironing surface are 120x38cm. I returned the board after many urgings and personal delivery to the ALZA store. Each time I pointed out the incorrect dimensions and asked for a correction. Until today, 20.12.2023, no one has bothered to carry out the repair and the deception of customers continues.
