After going back and forth with Alza and Microsoft for weeks, they finally gave me the money back. I had to really fight for it, as they tried to get me to resolve the issue, but nothing was working. Rayman worked fine though.
Would not work
Had issues with Alza returning the money, as the company was asking for all the information as to what the problem was.
