If you really want to get your knitting on, this is the obvious choice. I had my doubts about the strength versus width of 0.08. Until I got stuck on a branch in the river. Over full brake and holding the reel, I first pulled the branch out of the mud and then dragged it to the shore. I have never been able to do that compared to the Power Pro 0.08 braid. Not much of a catch, but good as a measure of strength. I have found the Power Pro to be the best reasonably priced braid so far. WTF feels greasy to the touch, but it's not. It falls well with the lure through the water column. I was pulling glitter on it. It does not loosen fibres when twisted and remains smooth. Its thinness and strength make it ideal for universal use. I'm planning to get this braid for a feeder as well, just in a different color.
