Wrong, it goes to the complaint but in my opinion the whole series is defective, it will not be solved only by replacement with the same piece.
They are not
It is impossible to cook on it, it switches off all the time even with one stove and then you have to wait for half an hour before it recovers and you can continue cooking.
Cannot handle 3 pots at once often writes an error and again has to wait for 15 minutes
For the price, you'd expect more

The glass above 2 hotplates cracked after 1.5 years (from the inside). Returned for complaint, we'll see.

I took the cheaper product - returned it (only from it I found out that it was already advertised). I have a similar experience with another induction cooktop from Whirlpool - I had to replace it 3 times and then returned it and took another product. It is still in perfect working order today. I think it may be a matter of the piece or series.
The product was after a complaint - after starting the device an error appeared, a reboot fortunately solved it temporarily
