I had a previous Whirlpool fridge for 15 years so I wanted the same brand and chose this type, from the start it hummed and whirred and I thought I was going to jump out the window what a piece of junk I bought, it was also forming frost, after 5 months I called for service, he took the fridge out and stuck a drain hose on the back with cardboard, which he said vibrates, then he adjusted the fridge door, a miracle happened and the fridge is quiet and no frost is forming, just a small adjustment and a piece of cardboard was enough, that's why I think the fridge does not deserve a negative rating, it's about the installation

I can't think of any right now
it has been humming for several months after purchase, after two years it is impossible to stand it in the apartment. The humming is irregular, though intense, but only occasionally quieter before, so a complaint would be difficult.
a month before the purchase we claimed another (brand new) one from the same brand because it was humming right from installation. So we didn't want to advertise a second one after two months, but it was a mistake.
