I'm not used to shopping online / about 3 times in my life. Now I was forced to because of the great heat. That's why I chose you because of the speed of delivery. Because the appliance is placed in the kitchen counter, I was limited by the dimensions. I looked through more than 240 offers on your site and found only 2 that met my requirements. Since they were exactly the same size and the warranty information lists both, I'm convinced it's the same manufacturer, just a different sticker. I've had 4 fridges in my long life, 3 of them combi, but none as bad as this one. That's when you buy according to a picture on the computer and there is no possibility to feel it on the spot. Overall, I rate the appliance very negatively and recommend not to offer it for sale any further, so as not to attract negative buyers. It doesn't do you any good either. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the transport and the behaviour of your staff. Unfortunately I didn't open the fridge in front of them due to turning it on after a long time. The fridge and freezer doors are very difficult to open. You have to use both hands, a seven-year-old grandson can't do it.

The use of interior space was designed by someone who had never been in a kitchen. It is not possible to place any bottle larger than 0.5 l in the door, e.g. an unfinished bottle of wine, milk, various dressings. Terrible!
