Reliable ignition and firmly seated rotary knobs with no unnecessary play, so they don't wobble sideways (no, even nowadays this isn't commonplace with all manufacturers).

The oven bakes evenly.

The grates over the hotplates are non-slip, really great non-slip, you won't just knock the pot off.

A glass hatch (I was surprised to find that most cookers are sold without a hatch) with a protective rail so that any splash from the pot doesn't drip onto the back of the cooker.

The door of the drawer under the oven is made of thin plastic, which bends significantly even when the drawer with two plates is pulled out. It's hard to say if the plastic would survive if the drawer was full.

The oven door has no brake. For me it's a bit of a bummer, this trivial little thing that prevents unnecessary banging of the door is also available on lower price ranges.
