I use it every day for a few minutes during my evening routine and the results came after about two months. With more frequent use, I imagine that the results will come sooner. After 4 months they prokously, which was resolved after a short consultation with the customer service center by sending new ones, communication fast and helpful. The big problem I experienced initially was the placement of the boosters in the back of the stools, which made me gag unpleasantly and I almost stopped using them because of this as a person with a sensitive gag reflex.
