The graph and values for long-term monitoring of body parameters are used for basic metrics, but the specific distribution of muscles and fat in individual body parts cannot be monitored in this way, so the only solution is to write the values in Excel.

I don't know if this is a specific defective piece, the pairing to the iPhone was without problems, the scale always reliably identified the measured person, and the measured values were transferred to the Withings app. But if the scale does not measure the quantities it is supposed to measure, I cannot recommend it. I was also disappointed with the support I contacted several times, they kept repeating the same entry procedure, which was very frustrating - just vanity.

The scale is the perfect companion for someone who is interested in their body and would like to measure progress on many parameters. Operation is easy, including pairing with the app. The app itself is easy to use, works with Apple health and can report all shared data to a file that you can forward to your doctor. The only parameter where I encountered a problem is the heart rate measurement. I have had it measure almost 2x the value a few times, however, this will not be the primary heart rate monitor. frequencies, which is what smartwatches and watches are for.
