the legs do not have any 'patent' to fix them in the extended position. as a bed table, it is quite unstable, because the legs are quite easy to snap back.

Purchased for the purpose of being able to work from home in a semi-sitting position on a couch after an injury. According to user references, it works very well - the height is "just right" to fit a regular leg underneath, the table is reasonably spacious enough to accommodate a regular laptop quite comfortably. It is lightweight, easy to handle, compact and stable. I also appreciate that the "tablet trough" can be removed (with it there is a little bump, which may bother when using a laptop) and there is a flat surface (albeit with a narrow elongated hole, which does not matter). For my money, a good buy.
