Woodwick candles are amazing, they make the whole apartment smell beautiful and as a gift they always make you happy. With this order, it was confirmed to me that Alza has a really high level of customer service. While retrieving it from the box, the candle fell out and broke. After contacting the call centre, the lady resolved the situation very quickly and a new candle was delivered to my box just before 8am the next day. Since I got the candle as a gift, thank you so much for such an approach and quick resolution.
