I wouldn't recommend them at all if you want to use them for sports. The manufacturer should consider whether they want to continue selling a Temu version of the watch and compete with Aliexpress, or if they'll change the software and connect it to commonly used apps (definitely not VeryFIT) that people actually use.
price

Poor connectivity with Strava
The Chinese AI app VeryFIT is completely useless - and the data transfer from it to Apple Health or Strava is even worse - but you can't use them without VeryFIT.
Most sports activities are incompatible with Strava and Apple Health
The heart rate monitoring is very, very weak compared to Garmin or Apple Watch - even worse than Amazfit, so that's really saying something.
GPS connection isn't great

Hello, thank you for your feedback, which prompted our supplier to contact us. They would like to respond below.
"We're sorry the watch did not meet your expectations. The WOWME Prisma+ GPS, with its integrated GPS, is suitable for regular sport and training without a phone. Comparing its measurement accuracy with selected Garmin or Apple Watch models is understandable, but it's important to consider that these are products from significantly different price categories and with different levels of sports analytics.
VeryFit is the standard companion app required for setting up the watch and synchronising data. The watch supports connections with Strava and Apple Health, but the scope of the data transferred may vary depending on the specific sport mode and the capabilities of the target platform. Your experience with the measurement accuracy, GPS, and activity transfer is important feedback for us, which we will pass on to the development team. If you can provide us with more details,
