I don't know if I got a defective piece, but we've been having trouble with the watch since the beginning. They are constantly pointing to a different location than where they are, so several times we have looked for Grandpa with them in a completely different place or worried that he has left the house! On the contrary, the excursion, which was supposed to calm us down and help us, was constantly stressing us with its bad location and cost us a lot of unnecessary trips.
The watch also "ate" the data from the SIM card very quickly, although we only used it twice and very briefly for a test call, but even so there was a problem with it, because one out of five attempts worked. I definitely don't recommend it.
