I've been using the pan - Crisp plate for 15 years and it's a great helper for baking or quick baking - the cake is baked in 8 - 10 min. I have only used this particular one I bought from you once but it is just as good as the one that came with the microwave. I am also happy with the design of the "feet" on the bottom.
nothing has disappointed me, on the contrary.
