I called alza and they were very helpful. Choose English and select talk to operator. They will help you but I will describe here. Go to website alza.cz/EN, then click on your name to the right of the search bar. Then a box with options appear, click my library and then my games. Click on the pass and select reveal serial number. Thanks again for the assistance.
