I opted to claim and replace the piece, but I got my money back, which is the right choice for me because the reviews here are really astonishing. I don't blame Alza for this, they did the right thing, but Xiaomi. And I thought it was a quality company that made good pieces. That's where they failed. If you're considering them, try looking for something else, you really don't want this.
The only upside is that of the two times I've bought them, in at least one it worked. I gave them to my girlfriend and they work without a problem (so far), I don't know how the quality is, my girlfriend doesn't complain about the quality, but they are her first wireless headphones, so it has to be taken into account, I'm already used to better pieces.
The first of many contradictions is that I bought them for my mom and the headphones didn't work. The box was blinking, the headphones could be charged, but it couldn't pair with the cell phone.
I used to own wireless headphones (also Xiaomi) that cost 700 CZK and worked. This costs 900 CZK and it doesn't work.

Not much, I was expecting more, but the headphones have an awful lot of problems, and after the 3rd cheap headphones I found out that it's not really worth buying in this price range, and in the end it will cost you more than if you have to buy one proper headphones. For wireless headphones it is worth investing more and buying better ones (60 - 100€ minimum) - the best in this price range are JBL Wave 200TWS, Audio-Technica ATH-SQ1TW or Intezze CLIQ

The sound quality is nothing much, high and quiet tones that give you a headache, but the sound quality matches the price.
The headphones sometimes separate into 2 separate Bluetooth devices, so you can only connect to 1 headphone at a time, but Xiaomi headphones in general have this problem

I bought this headphone but unfortunately it didn't connect to my phone, I return it and received another new one, but unfortunately it also didn't work. so finally I had to order another brand. Thanks ALZA for supporting me and I was able to return the broken headphone. The employees were very nice and polite and they guided me patiently. (alza in Prague 4, Budejovicka) Do not order this headphone. That's terrible like everyone other cheap goods.
