The camera performs perfectly and has an excellent image, a number of settings and a good application, but in the case of outdoor placement, you may, like me, encounter a big problem in the form of a short power cable. Usually it can be solved with an "extension cable", but here a non-standard small connector is used, so the extension cable is basically unavailable (even specialized shops for camera equipment do not have it and looked at me incomprehensibly that someone still uses such a connector), even after consulting directly with Xiaomi, although on the website they write that you have to contact them for a longer cable, they tell you that they do not have it and do not know where to get it. I solved it by using reducers on both sides of the extension, but after a month the power supply started to fail, so it is not an ideal solution. A huge minus for that.
And one more note - the paid cloud does not store the entire recording, but only clips when motion is recorded, which is the same as e.g. at Tapo's, but it may surprise some people.

I bought the camera after good experience with internal cameras of the same brand. I use it outside, but hidden under the roof. The mechanical design of the camera and mount is decent. Installation very easy. Thanks to the power cable, which is equipped with a commonly available connector, it is no problem to extend the cable at will and install the power adapter indoors. The camera is equipped with a night IR illuminator. Unfortunately, LEDs are used, which are visible at night and give away the location of the camera. In addition, the IR illumination cannot be switched off completely. You can choose either IR only or IR + white LEDs that light up when motion is detected. The camera also works as an intercom and the built-in speaker is also used as a siren, which can be triggered when motion is detected or remotely by a "button" in the app. Unfortunately, it can also be launched from the app by mistake because the button is placed among the others. The illuminating white LED can also be lit from the app.
The app itself has its flaws, but it is fully functional and seamless. It's just a shame that this camera can't be turned off/on remotely, nor can the recording and IR illumination. Overall, however, for the money the camera suits and the price/performance ratio is very good here. I recommend it.
