A "new item" that had clearly been used and repackaged in the past, yet was sold as new. The protective films were missing here (invisible protective films – the new earphones come with small transparent or blue films pre-applied to the charging contacts (the silver pads on the earphone stems) from the factory). )- COMPLETELY MISSING – SO HOW CAN YOU SELL THIS AS A BRAND-NEW ITEM?
The indicator light is flashing, but the earphones won’t pair with my mobile phone or any other device. The first pairing went smoothly, but after I put them back in the case, they didn’t switch on automatically when I took them out. Reset performed several times- If the indicator light is flashing but the phone does not recognise the earbuds at all and they do not switch on automatically when removed from the case, this is most likely a faulty unit, specifically a fault with the charging contacts or a fault in the power circuit within the case. Because of this fault, the case ‘thinks’ that the earphones are still inside, or conversely, fails to detect that they have been removed
