The first time we installed it, the app that was connected was a bit of a pain, but the feed didn't spill in the hours we set in the app (it didn't spill at all). We tried restarting the feeder and reconnecting, and then finally everything worked. We have been using it for a while but we are happy, everything is going smoothly.

Classic situation, I need a weekend away and the kitties are home. Babysitting's good, but sometimes it doesn't work out. So what now? After the reviews online, there wasn't much to think about in this category. I already have Xiaomi at home (on a separate device where it can do whatever it wants), so the first piece came home. Packaging as from apple, charger hidden in the back "box". The bowl is magnetic and washing/replacing is super easy. Dosage from 5g, so if your like "hakahaka", so the ideal portion. Timing is then via the app or a button that can be locked (again via the app). I have two cats and they don't really like to share, so the second one landed and it's ok. He's the first one (the cat) was pretty much on the fence in the beginning, but now he's talking about wanting more 😀 . Meow!

I have had the product at home for about a week and I am very happy with it. Everything works as expected. The cat was used to having food in her bowl for years, but last year she started to overeat and it was necessary to give her food in small portions. Working from home allowed me to do that, but it was a problem to leave her at home for two days without someone coming to feed her. So I've been looking for an automatic feeder that will feed it to her in smaller portions. Most of the devices stated a minimum serving of 10g, this was too much for my cat, Xiamo doses from 5g, which is the ideal single serving for us. Scheduling in the app works without a problem. The app is unfortunately not in Czech, which is not a problem for me, but I understand that it might be a barrier for some people. But the app is very simple, so someone can help with the first setup: ) The cat took a few days to get used to the machine. she didn't understand where the pellets were coming from: D and the sound always scared her. At the same time, she was quite curious, and after a while she realized that she was no freak: D At the beginning I threw some pampers in her bowl with the pellets to entice her to eat and she overcame her fear of the new device better. At the weekend I needed to leave my kitty alone for two days, I was afraid that I would arrive and see a pile of uneaten pellets, but it was vacuumed, she is 100% used to it and I will finally have peace of mind if I need to go somewhere for a while and she won't wake me up hungry during the night: ) I'll add that I was debating whether I needed a device with a camera and finally decided that I'd rather buy an external camera that has a better view of the whole room and I can set it up as needed.

DO NOT BUY - Unfortunately the equipment is currently unusable. The mobile app for feed planning is not working and does not automatically feed according to the timer. The only thing that works is the manual feeding, but who buys an automatic feeder to then click the dosage via mobile phone.
I am incredibly disappointed that Xiaomi is selling a product on the market that is unusable. I have already requested a return of the item and will be requesting a full refund as the product does not meet the described specification.

návod říká, že jedna porce je asi 5 gramů, ale ve skutečnosti to znamená od 2 gramů do 8 gramů. Kolik porcí je potřeba za den? Pokud je nastaveno na 10 porcí, může to být kdekoli od 20 gramů do 80 gramů. Neexistuje způsob, jak zjistit, kolik se toho vlastně stalo. Je lepší nechat velkou misku krmivo na celý týden.
