As a former owner of the Xiaomi Watch 2, I can offer you a comparison with this S3. I honestly only see one reason to buy the Watch 2 and that's app support from the Google Play store - if you want to use alternative apps. If you're looking for an inexpensive and elegant watch as an entry into the world of fitness, then the S3 is the best choice. A huge advantage over some more expensive watches is the really great battery life of up to 15 days depending on the intensity of use. I had to charge the Watch 2 almost every day. The default applications are virtually identical for both watches. The Watch 2 may have Wear OS, but apart from the Google Play store, Google Pay and Google Voice Assistant, the Watch doesn't use anything from Wear OS - nor can it, because then no one would buy Google products. Both watches have an extremely poor quality sleep monitoring algorithm (see. on Youtube The Quantified Scientist). I have an Oura 3 ring and both watches measure literally rubbish against the ring. GPS is great on both, but the S3 measures a little better for me. The only errors with both watches are in the corners, where it is a little inaccurate, but 99% of the route is recorded correctly. The Mi Fitness app offers detailed sports activity stats - step lengths, heart rate, speed, elevation, etc. throughout the exercise, which I personally find very interesting. I ran away from the Watch 2 to the Fitbit Charge 6 to run back to the Xiaomi Watch S3, which I absolutely love and want no other watch.

There are quite a lot of dials, but I haven't found one that quite fits.
the adhesive film sucks, it is smaller than the dial and sometimes prevents the movement of the finger from left to right and it was at an extra cost. I've already ordered the glass.

Overall, a hilarious watch where I'm annoyed that the notifications do not show emoticons, but hopefully this will be solved by the update. In other respects I am satisfied - the display is easy to read even in the sun, the aod works, the tracking of steps, sleep and heart rate gives pretty accurate data. For the price, a really good buy.

The watch looks nice. But . !
According to the description, the size of the case should be 36.6 mm. They are actually 40.3mm. The weight is therefore also greater than indicated. It's becoming common for Alza to be very misleading in their descriptions. 2 different pieces in 1 lunchbox and neither matches how it is presented on the website. In addition, the so-called. the lunette around the dial is so badly designed that you just need to tap it a bit more and it disconnects.
