I was looking for a replacement for the Gosund EP2, which randomly shuts down when switched on (an extreme annoyance) and sets its last state after a failure (not suitable for my use). In the Tuya app, there is a "relay status" item for XtendLan, which is the aforementioned function to set the status after a power failure. It has three values: "OFF", "ON", "Remember last status", however, in reality it is one OFF and two ON (remembering the last status does not work - always ON). Traditionally (probably a feature of all Chinese WiFi sockets) the relay completely illogically opens the neutral wire, i.e. the phase wire is still connected to the appliance, which can be a problem in some applications (not to mention the safety risks) - yet there is a declaration of conformity in the instructions: -). The socket also offers "power metering". At least useful for reference, I didn't compare it with real values. I also appreciate the large button for manual control.
It does not turn off randomly when switched on, like e.g. Gosund EP2.
