Two years of operation have been on the whole without a problem. Sometimes after changing the battery the lock needed to be re-calibrated. However, the calibration process is more complicated than the competitors (nuki) After 26 months the motor started to seize and the unlocking procedure has to be repeated several times.

It can be opened both with a key and manually from the inside.
It works well if you have a handle from the outside
I have a fixed handle from the outside, and it unlocks the latch three times out of ten. So I' ll have to find a handle that will work for us. Then I' ll probably be satisfied.
It would be nice to signal if the lock is unlocked or not.

I' ve been using the lock for a year, mostly as an Apple Home component. In response to some comments - The lock has 4 AA batteries, not 2. Even quality batteries last about 3 months, then they weaken. Apple Home will only use the lock and not the bridge, but that doesn' t really matter, because Apple Home integrates the device via BT into its application and it is then available from anywhere (assuming, of course, an Apple Home Hub - Home Pod, iPad, Apple TV, Mini . ). Perhaps a small negative, in my opinion, is the relatively time-consuming replacement of the lock insert - ours was not usable even with the new door.
We have been using it for a year and it is still working without significant complications

It is not always able to pull the beak/handle the first time - it is also related to the age (performance) of the batteries
