when weighing the baby, when you watch every gram, a deviation of 40-60 is absolutely unacceptable. it is then impossible to reliably measure how much milk the baby has drunk and how much it weighs. during the test with 3 kg (weighted) weights, the weight showed from 3020 to 3060 depending on where the weights were placed. It will be OK for weighing potatoes, but definitely not for babies.

Automatic hold does more harm than good. When you put a child on the scale and he starts to get upset, you try to calm him down. But if you do not actively squeeze the scale with your hand, there is a risk that the scale will choose the moment when the child kicks, which will throw off the result. Or how many times he'll take it over a handshake.
Although the accuracy is given as 5 grams, we had to repeat the weighing several times because, for example, the first weighing showed 3155, the second 3140, the third 3150, the fourth 3145 and the fifth 3150. If you're buying this scale to monitor weight gain, this variance is a pretty big problem. Especially when the baby is hungry and you have to repeat the weighing 5 times, it's a real treat.
Several times it happened to us that the scale was reset during the weighing, so the attempt to weigh the baby was useless and the baby had to be picked up and put down again.
We ran out of patience with the scale and returned it after 14 days and are trying a different brand.
