For quite good money easily configurable home NAS, I recommend to use Seagate rather than WD (problem drives), can be up to guaranteed 4x16TB. According to me noisier, I have it closed in a cabinet with space for ventilation and prevention of dust and still I hear it sometimes. Otherwise, no problem daily load for several years.
