Extrémna teplota

Ide o dolnú hranicu, kedy hrozí nerovnomerné rozloženie tepla, ale budete aspoň trochu zahriaty. V tejto teplote je už spacák na hranici svojich izolačných vlastností. Teplo pocítite prakticky iba vo skrčenej polohe.

Limitní teplota

Limitná teplota označuje, do akej teploty sa ešte budete v spacom vaku cítiť dobre. Pocit nebude celkom komfortný, ale zabezpečí dostatočnú izoláciu od vonkajšej zimy. Jedná sa o teplotu, počas ktorej sa muž bude cítiť dobre, ale pre nižšie teploty už nie je spacák vhodný na dlhodobejšie spanie.
