Dobry den, Muzou byt pod touto deskou kovove pribory apod. v supliku pod ni? Je zespod nejak stineny indukcni okruh, aby nedoslo k zahrati nebo propaleni kovovymi predmety pod deskou? Samozrejme nemyslim ze by byly pribory 1mm nalepene od desky, ale dejme tomu 5cm

Dobry den, snazim se desku zasadit do standardni kuchynske desky s vyrezem (bez zapusteni), ale zjistil jsem, ze soucasti desky nejsou zadne uchyty, kterymi bych desku zespoda zafixoval tak, jak se to bezne u desek dela. Ani deska samotna nema zadne montazni otvory. Je k tomu potreba neco dokupovat, nebo se deska ma fixovat jen zasilikonovanim?

Dobrý den. zhruba před týdnem jsme zakoupili tuto indukční desku a zjistili ze nefunguji jakékoliv 2 indukční plochy najednou. jedna plocha hřeje, druhá detekuje hrnec dokonce i slyším jak plocha “sepne” a vrčí ale aktivně neohřívá. nevíte jestli je chyba v kabelech nebo jestli je deska chybná.

Dobrý deň, zakupili sme si od Vás túto dosku, chcem sa spýtať ohľadom napájania. Na varnej doske je znázornená schéma napájania iba na 2 fázy ale na inej internetovej stránke sme našli, že táto varná doska môže byť zapojená aj na 3 fázy. Elektrikár nám ju radšej nezapájal, preto preverujem či nám ju môže rovno zapojiť na 3 fázy. Ďakujem.

Dobrý den, je deska rovna nebo jsou okolo ovládacího panelu nějaké výstupky (nebo je panel trošku zapouštěný). Na některých fotkách se zdá, že je tam vystouplá (nebo zapuštěná tenká linka).
