Čo ovplyvňuje sekvenčné snímanie? Dátová veľkosť zachytenej snímky Pri sekvenčnom snímaní je dôležité rozmyslieť si, do akého formátu budem snímať. Napríklad formát RAW zaplnia buffer fotoaparátu oveľa rýchlejšie, než formát JPEG, čo môže ovplyvniť aj dĺžku snímanej sekvencie. Veľkosť bufferu Buffer, čiže vyrovnávacia pamäť fotoaparátu, je využívaná na dočasné uloženie snímok pred zápisom na pamäťovú kartu. Pri sekvenčnom snímaní dokáže fotoaparát vytvárať snímky rýchlejšie, než ich stihne zapisovať na pamäťovú kartu. Aby teda nebola ovplyvnená rýchlosť sekvenčného snímania, sú fotoaparáty vybavené bufferom. Ve fotografii má rozlišení zásadní vliv především na kvalitu při tisku. Ultra HD Ultra HD rozlišení 3840 × 2160 pixelů pomalu nahrazuje Full HD, oproti kterému obsahuje 4× více obrazových bodů. Je tedy mnohem detailnější a ostřejší. Odráží se to samozřejmě na velikosti výsledných souborů, do paměti se jich vejde méně, a jejich zápis může trvat delší dobu – v závislosti na rychlosti zápisu paměťové karty. 4K rozlišení 4K rozlišení 4096 × 2160 pixelů patří mezí nový standard pro rozlišení obrazu ve videu a počítačové grafice. Oproti Ultra HD nepatrně vyšší rozlišení je odlišné svým označením, kdy 4K (4096 pixelů) představuje horizontální označení, doposud se zápis odvozoval od označení vertikálního. Vyznačuje se černými pruhy nad a pod obrazem, nevykreslí totiž celou plochu širokoúhlého 16:9 obrazu, přestože obsahuje více pixelů než Ultra HD. Nevýhodou 4K rozlišení může být velká datová náročnost a s ní související postprodukce.
